Help create the inaugural 'Take Me Out To The Ballgame All-Stars Day for SWE' for SO WHAT ELSE(SWE) ALL‐STARS DAY for local at-risk youth in our own neighborhoods.
These kids are participating in afterschool programs currently sponsored by So What Else (SWE).
Each year's program helps approximately 3000 children who would otherwise have nowhere to go after school. These are our neighbors in Washington DC
and Montgomery County, MD.
We are creating a 'Take Me Out To The Ballgame All-Stars Day for SWE'. This program will host outstanding young participants with a free day at
Bethesda's Big Train Baseball stadium, including a ticket to enter the game and a teen friendly meal.
Please enlist to be an inaugural sponsor for this program. All donations are being handled by Zeffy.com a fundraising website for nonprofits
with 100% going to the program.
Big Train Baseball-- also a nonprofit organization--celebrates Community Heroes at each game. At the June 14 game this will coincide
with the launch of 'Take Me Out To The Ballgame All-Stars Day for SWE', So What Else will be the Community Heroes rewarding SWE teachers,
program directors, and volunteers.
We hope that you join us for the game on June 14, 2024 which starts at 7 pm, to celebrate these all stars and the SWE volunteers and
staff that make this all possible.
All donations will go toward funding this project for a decade.
