Episode 192
-
Two and a half years after hurricane sandy devastated the Jersey Shore
thousands of residents remain homeless and need your hands on help. Won't
you come for one weekend to get a family home? We have arranged all the
logistics. You will ride in a van with fellow volunteers and stay in the
newly refurbished Army facility, Camp Evans in Wall, NJ. We supply food,
lodging, transportation and you supply the muscle and helping hands.
Returning volunteers report that the experience helps them as much as it
does the sandy victims. Do something good for you and your fellow man. This
episodes tells the story of Camp Evans, the new cornerstone of the Jersey
Shore recovery efforts.
